FEVO provides over 800 world-class brands in sports, music, and live entertainment with revolutionary e-commerce software that enhances ticket sales, expands fan reach, and captures valuable customer data. The company sought to transform its brand identity to better reflect its innovative solutions and evolving market position.

The solution was a comprehensive rebranding that included a new value proposition, brand persona, mission statement, and visual aesthetics. Additionally, the company required a robust design system and UX/UI guidelines to support its growth and improve productivity.

Design System

I collaborated with EVP of Product Chad Higinbotham to design the FEVO UI Design System, aiming to enhance the brand’s credibility while infusing a sense of excitement. Our approach combined sleek, professional aesthetics with engaging, interactive elements, resulting in a cohesive and visually compelling system. This new design framework not only reinforced FEVO’s reputation but also provided an enjoyable user experience, balancing reliability with a playful touch. The implementation of this system increased productivity by over 20% and set a solid foundation for future product development.

Brand Overhaul

As Design Director, I led the complete reimagining of FEVO’s brand identity. This involved redefining our value system, brand persona, and positioning. I crafted FEVO’s inaugural "brand bible," which detailed our visual and positioning standards, ensuring consistent and compelling storytelling across all platforms.

 
 
 

Impactful Content Creation

In addition to brand design, I produced a range of engaging video content, including sizzle reels, animated product promotions, tutorials, broadcast ads, and virtual keynotes.. This included the creation of tentpole “FEVO Academy” product marketing content initiative designed to maximize product adoption and usage that included an interactive training portal, twice-weekly newsletter, case studies, webinars and more. Open rates on emails increased 50% with the Creation of FEVO Academy and our Linkedin video content garnered 3X reach and engagement vs. average content.
